Abstrakt
The ESC, in recognition of the importance of stroke for cardiac patients and for cardiology in general, decided to create a new constituent body - the ESC Council on Stroke - during the 2016 congress. The council was actively involved in preparing the stroke track for the 2017 ESC congress.
This article summarizes some of the most interesting information concerning stroke that was presented during this congress.
