End of Life-Sustaining Treatment of a Child. On the Margin of Charlie Gard Case

Abstract

The text focuses on the topic of termination of life-sustaining treatment of patients unable to decide for themselves due to a very young age. The issue is analysed from the viewpoint of Czech law, on the basis of inspiration provided by the actual United Kingdom case of Charlie Gard.
