A look into the history of working employment of visually impaired people in context of association activity
Abstract
Disability affects the very existence, quality and direction of human life. Therefore, a comprehensive knowledge of his needs - not only educational and training, but also social, health and employment - likewise of special pedagogy is still a topical issue.
Then and today it holds true that is absolutely necessary systematically to create conditions to people with disabilities in finding a suitable job, which matches their abilities and interests. We cannot talk about civic sovereignty and independence of these people.
But not even about the ordinary human luck. The possibility of working employment fundamentally affects the quality of life of every human being.
The right of a person with a disability to be found suitable employment does not differ in any way from the same right of a person without disability because it corresponds to the same goal. This is not only a dignified way satisfaction of social and economic needs, but also finding one's own, unique human identity.
Earlier and today, the way in which the human and civil rights of people with disabilities are perceived , including their right to working employment throughout society, is becoming an important fact.
