State Sovereignty and Private Ownership - the Approach of Public International Law

Abstract

The article focuses on the link between state sovereignty and private ownership. The article first presents the two approaches that exist in the doctrine of international law, and next it demonstrates that international law reflects both of them, but that the proportion of either of them varies in the individual areas of regulation.
