Selected chapter of the legal monograph The private law of the 21st century deals with the analysis of the concept of participation firstly in the trial procedure, then in the execution proceedings. The author examines the definition of the circle of participants in the various types of procedure, addressing this issue in the light of the principles which determine each of these procedures.
In the final summary, the author offers a look at the development of the procedural activity of the participants in the proceedings at the Continental Court, and presents the findings he has learned.
