Case report presents a 42-year-old man with Crohn disease who underwent a MRI enteroclysis with incidental finding of lesion in sacrum. Afterward, he underwent a 3-phase bone scan, labeled leukocytes examination, MRI and CT of the pelvic region.
Based on the results of these examinations, the lesion was evaluated as a chordoma. We present the findings of the above mentioned imaging methods in this case report and discuss their contribution to establishing the diagnosis.
