Motivation of teachers of high schools in the Czech Republic for further education

Abstract

This text deals with the topic of further education of high school teachers in the Czech Republic. It brings partial results of a research focused on the motivation of teachers to lifelong learning.

It analyses their willingness, aspirations and subjective barriers preventing effective learning.
