Abstract
The author focuses on the "Overlaps between Private and Public Law" in the current Czech legal system, examining in detail the individual forms of such overlaps. By using specific examples, the author illustrates why it is necessary to distinguish between private and public law in the Czech Republic and why the legislature needs to apply this doctrine to the legislative process rationally and pragmatically.
