The report deals with the colloquium which was held on Friday, 20th October 2017, at the premises of Faculty of Law, Charles University, and summarizes each speaker's contribution. The main topic of the colloquium was the principles of private law and their expression in commercial law and international private law.
Within this topic, the authors debated many interesting issues, including e.g. the autonomy of will in the law of business corporations, responsibility of members of statutory bodies to the third persons, register of contracts or the protection of the weaker party or business management in a group of companies from the perspective of international private law.
