Abstract
The book is devoted to the sources of Roman law. The original latin texts and their translations into czech are represented custom law, judicial edicts, laws of the people's assemblies, literary sources, roman legal science, imperial constitutions, encyclopedists' reports on roman law and Corpus iuris civilis.
