Abstract
National congresses organized by the Czech Association of Anaesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Medicine (ČSARIM) occupy the highest rank in the notion of the significance and size of ČSARIM educational events. The aims of the congresses are clear and meet one of the main goals of each professional society - to educate, to learn about newcomers, to share and to confront professional opinions and attitudes, and also to meet the natural need of practically any (not only professional) community, ie to meet each other to discuss topics that go beyond the field.
In this context, the CSARIM congresses are undoubtedly a unique opportunity to fulfill the above. The Scientific (VV) and the Organizing Committee (OV) always have a clear mandate - to reflect as much as possible the needs, motives and wishes of the membership base.
That is why a regular evaluation of the Congress by members of CSARIM and congress participants and the subsequent publication of the acquired data was initiated several years ago. The results of the poll are very valuable for both Congress committees, although it can not be seen that only about 5% of participants XXIII participated in polls. of the CSARIM Congress.
