Generalized pustular psoriasis is a rare form of psoriasis characterised by dissemination of sterile pustules on erythematous base. It is an acute inflammatory type of psoriasis with systemic symptoms.
Due to its rarity, treatment recommendations are limited to individual case reports in the literature. We describe a case of a female patient with severe form of generalized pustular psoriasis not responding to methotrexate therapy, eventually treated successfully with adalimumab.
