Abstract
This article analyses the Agreement on Deduction from Salaries and its special status after a court issues a warrant and bailiffs visits the employer, the salary payer. Without substantial change of relevant regulations, the process of recodification of Private Law and Employment Law has watered down the Agreement on Deduction from Salaries to the degree, Ministry of Justice and the Chamber of Bailiffs neglects said agreements at all.
We argue with help of standard interpretation methods that the status of agreements on deduction from salary remained unchanged
