In the text, I focus on the perceived usefulness of written feedback as a tool for lifelong training for workers on the Safety Line. First of all, I define the conceptualization of the term lifelong learning.
Subsequently, I present written feedback as a specific tool of reflexive practice. On the example of the data obtained on the Safety Line, I present a possible structure of written feedback (content analysis of comments on led documentation) and evaluation of the usefulness of the staff (based on the subjective assessment by workers using scales).
