Medieval Testament - constructive content or mere form?

Abstract

In this paper the author deals with the theme of mediaeval wills as sources. She attempts to answer the question of whether wills are a source of a serial nature and whether it is possible to use them as an independent source, or whether there are any risks and limitations attached to them.
