Abstract
Imaging is an integral part of diagnostic workup and follow-up in inflammatory bowel disease including the assessment of its complications and post.operative conditions. Cross-sectional methods such as computed tomography (CT enterography) and magnetic resonance (MR enterography) are currently dominating imaging of the small bowel due to better diagnostic performance and depiction of adjacent structures.
