From the Backcloth of National State Foundation till the Europeanisation of Research. Czech Historiography of the WWI

Abstrakt

The article which appears in the prestigious series of the Austrian Academy of sciences "Die Habsburgermonarchie 1848-1918" deals with the approaches of the Czech historiography regarding the WWI from its beginning till nowadays. The Author stresses the importance of changing frameworks of the respective research.

In this context, the Europeanisation of the interpretation of the WWI has become important in the current Czech historiography.
