Abstract
The chapter of the university textbook on criminal procedure law deals with a complaint as a remedy in criminal proceedings. The chapter, whitch has been written by the new author compared to the previous edition contains a completely new text on the cause of complaint, the persons entitled and the complaints procedure and complaint decision.
