Abstract
To have employment, remains to be one of most effective ways of integration into Czech majority. Employments is at the same time considered to be the most desired circumstance for establishing social insurance and health care insurance; it also simplifies the access to welfare grants.
To show the complex picture of Czech social security attitudes towards foreigners, we have chosen to elaborate on miners' pensions and employers' liability for harm caused to workers in the course of work.
