Abstrakt
Method for determination of selected electrochemically active auxins, phytohormones responsible for the rooting and plant growth, was developed using HPLC with coulometric detection on recently described carbon felt electrode. Optimum determination conditions, such as mobile phase composition and detection potential, were selected and method parameters were found.
Developed method was used for the determination of the analytes in commercial gardening rooting products.
