Abstrakt
Apple peel extract is a rich source of phytochemiclas, which are assigned to the beneficial effects on human body. They have an anticancer, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, besides they are able to reduce the level of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood.
