Abstract
Human being in space-time of its life is in constant movement on the life path from the birth to the horizon - to death. Crises are coming in many forms from the beginning of the ascent to the world community.
Crises are connected with the necessity to overcome obstacles, which change natural and continuous movement. Patočka's human being concerning "referent" - the resource of life movement is the response to upcoming challenges and also a kind of mutual care region und help of caring professions to the person who experiences life difficulties.
Natural movement is restricted, often even impossible. This can be understood as problem of arising in human existence even if life endangered.
From a phenomenological perspective, this is remaining with limited possibility to move and an issue in the complex of habituality. There are three "referent" in Patočka's view - home, work and fight and the absolute source of environmental movement, having ontic and ontological value.
A comprehensive approach to people is a big requirement and challenge as well. Caring professions use two basic instruments in social work - speech and hand - to care of the client and restore the habitual movement as much as possible regarding the authenticity of the individual.
