Abstract
The article expresses the conviction of the first Czech citizen, identified as a foreign warrior, for the crime of attempting a terrorist attack. This is the evaluation of the first and second instance judgments and the comparison of convictions for similar offenses abroad. the article also deals with the possibility of assessing a similar offense as a criminal offense under international law
