Personal Data Protection Authority to Decide again on the Fine for the Publication of the Wiretaps in the Case of Petr Nečas

Abstract
The article deals with a recent decision of Supreme Administrative Court which ruled, whether the publication of wiretaps in the case of Petr Nečas and Jana Nagyová was in accordance with the right to privacy of the affected persons. The article shows the clash of freedom of speech and the right to privacy, including relevant Constitutional court's and ECHR's case-law.
