Protected areas as legal concept limiting the right to property

Abstract

The article focuses on protected areas as legal concept of administrative law which restricts right to property. The article describes the relationship between protected areas and right to property, defines particular types of protected areas according to specific legislation and analyses how the right to property of persons is limited in these protected areas
