Abstract
The paper is based on the book "Bláhová - Mašek, Karel IV.: Státnické dílo (Praha: 2003)" and focuses on the Golden Bull of Emperor Charles IV., law-book, which is divided into two sections: the first one was composed in 01/10 1356 in Nuremberg, the second one in 12/25 1356 in Metz. The paper contains also two chapters of this law-book, written in Latin, that relate to the topic of the election of George of Podebrady as King of Bohemia.
