Abstract

This paper aims to clarify disciplinary punishments of the convicted in the light of the European Convention for the Prevention of Torutre and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, as well as selected considerations de lege ferenda come up on basis of the control mechanisms of this international convention.
