Abstract
Translation of intercepted communication is a specific task for court interpreters who have to deal with it more and more due to international nature of crime organisations. The "expert" is required to have both interpreting and translation skills as well as other skills.
However, students of translation studies do not learn how to do it. In this context, the ethical issues and security play an importan role.
