Abstract

We were interested how the patients have used the CPAP therapy for more than 10 years since commencement support ventilation until 2012? The compliance with CPAP therapy in patients with severe sleep apnea and hypopnea syndrome in our sample of 137 patients has been 41% over more than twelve years.
