Abstract
The Article deals with legal aspects of concurrent liability for administrative delicts of legal entities and natural persons acting for them. In the introduction general notes about liability of legal entities are made.
Then article presents the cases in which concurrence of liabilities can occur and also different approaches how to regulate this issue in legal order. The development of relevant legislation supported by judicial decisions is described as well as legislation effective from 2017, July 1st.
Also admissibility of concurrent liability with regard to principle ne bis in idem and reasonableness of actual legislation are discussed. In conclusion basic ideas of the article are summarized.
