Abstract

The educational function of supervision is grounded on the incorporation of knowledge, skills and values in the understanding of self as an expert and in the working style, which is in accordance with the knowledge, skills and values defining the profession of a nurse. As regards the topic of this article, which is supervision in the context of the pre-gradual preparation of students in nursing, we will outline detailed development models for the work of a pedagogue/supervisor with students/supervisees.
