Abstract
Nowadays, supervision represents a traditional concept in the areas of psychotherapy and social works, which also creates new connotations regarding supervision in the context of health care services and nursing. The results of a qualitative research using the "focus group" method brings around basic information on the issue of supervision in the field of nursing, including the insights of the participants' - undergraduate female students of the nursing Bachelor?s degree with General Nurse specialization (combined form of study, 3rd grade) - as regards the conception of supervision at the pre-gradual level of nurses education.
