Abstract
Contribution deals with the decision making activities of the Czech higher courts in the domain of the air protection in the last few years. It is focused especially on the decision of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic dealing with the control of the local heating places in the houses in the ownership of the natural persons (citizens).
