Abstract
Impact of climate change affect many parts of environment, not only air, soil or water, but also nature and landscape, biodiversity of wild living plants and animals. A key legal act is the Czech Nature conservation and landscape protection Law No.114/1992 Coll., as an amended.
The strategical documents adopted on the Czech national level, which are significant influence for the adaption to climate change are analysed in first part of this article. Core part of this article deals with the legal aspects of the adaptation to climate change in national parks of the Czech Republic.
