Abstract
The chapter deals with some of the immediate challenges which current Labour and Social Security Law in the Czech Republic face such as the question of migration and the related issue of the integration of immigrants into traditional industrial relations on one side and the changing nature of dependent work and transformation of traditional industrial relations into non-traditional forms on the other side.
