This paper concerns with the relation between the openness and trust between the employees on communication and performance in the workplace. The aim of the research was find out if the openness and trust in the workplace has impact on the performance of employees.
Research also focused if there is any impact between the openness and trust of employees on efficient communication in the workplace. The research inquiry was based on primary and secondary data collection.
The first of all was collected secondary data about the research area. After the evaluation of these data was created the questionnaire.
This questionnaire was used in the pilot research. It was evaluated and corrected.
