Gynecomastia in adolescent boy

Abstract

In the clinical practice, there is a need to distinguish between physiological and secondary gynecomastia in adolescent boys. In the article, based on a case of a boy with a rare karyotype mosaic of Klinefelter syndrome is documented the procedure of gynecomastia diagnosis, the points in which the clinician must be careful and the treatment procedure in complicated cases.
