Abstract
In this paper, we want to briefly present the legal basis and the current form of university education in South Tyrol, taking into account the specificities of South Tyrol's higher education in the wider context of South Tyrol Minority Education. The aim is to outline and evaluate the South Tyrol model of conflict resolution between ethnic segregation and multicultural universality.
