Abstract
The paper deals with the historical and comparative perspective of the development of administrative justice in the Czechia. In the next part, the cases reflecting the characteristic deficiencies of the regulation and decision-making practice of judicial control of the public administration are analyzed.
In the final part, the article defines the basic issues that are needed in terms of the development of administrative justice.
