Abstract
The study focuses on Kant's reinterpretation of the crucial motif of Lutheran theology, namely the relation of law and grace. Even though Kant in his practical philosophy seems to oppose the Lutheran teaching about grace, he adopts its motives in a creative way in his philosophy of religion.
