Customary international Law, interpretation of treaties and other topics at the 70th session of the International Law Commission

Abstract

This contribution aims at presenting the results of the work of ILC completed in 2018, as well as the on-going work and some new topics, including events related to the commemoration of the seventieth anniversary of the Commission.
