Limitation of natural restitution in context of property settlement with churches

Abstract

Property settlements with churches and religious communities under Act No. 428/2012 Sb. does not lead to the restitution of entire ecclesial property. After more than five years of administrative and judicial proceedings, it is possible to identify all the restrictions that prevent the natural restitution.
