Planometopus nom. nov., a replacement name for the junior homonym Platymetopus Rotterová, Bourland & Čepička, 2018 (Armophorea, Ciliophora), preoccupied by Platymetopus Dejean, 1829" In a previous paper (Rotterová et al. 2018) we have overlooked that Platymetopus Rotterová, Bourland & Čepička, 2018 is a junior homonym of PlatymetopusDejean, 1829 (Coleoptera). Junior homonyms have to be replaced (ICZN 1999, Article 60).
Thus, we introduce the new replacement name Planometopus nom. nov.
