CONSUPTION OF ALKOHOL, ADDICTIVE SUBSTANCES AND SMOKING BY CHILDERN FROM SOCIALY EXCLUDED OF USTI NAD LABEM REGION
Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of misuse of addictive substances like tobaco, alcohol, marihuana by schoolchildren living in socialy excluded localities in Ústí nad Labem region. Presented results were obtained from the set of pilot research.
Questions from European School Survey Project on Alcohol and Other Drugs /ESPAD/ oriented to these issues were used to obtain the data. Pilot research took place at 8 schools and 276 questionnaires were evaluated.
The results of pilot research describes the use of legal and illegal addictive substances by sample of schoolchildren attending 9th class of grammer schools and 1st class of secondary schools of Ústí nad Labem region. Data obtained are compared with main results of the ESPAD study covering whole Czech Republic.
