Abstract
The article in the collesction devoted to the art historic and director of Benedikt Rejt Gallery at Louny and later the Czech Museum of Arts in Prague Jan Sekera. One of his notable lifelong achievements was the support to geometric, neo-constructivist and concrete arts.
The study focuses on the role of the Concretist Club in the domestic art world, its place in the world context, and signification and future of art creation in its propositions.
