Abstract

The paper analyses the sources, from which a will of a juristic person is created, as well as conditions, under which the awarenes of relevant facts can be attributed to a juristic person, whether from persons, who have acted on behalf of the juristic person in the affected matter, or other persons, including members of its governing body.
