Determining paternity beyond the scope of legal assumptions - retrospective point of view after fifteen years

Publication at Faculty of Law |
2018

Abstract

The chapter deals with the issue of determining paternity in a situation where no assumption of paternity covers the particular case. Such situations may also occur after the recodification of private law.

The authors, following the opinion of Alena Winterová, conclude that, just as before, the determination of paternity can't be denied in such a situation.
