Abstract
The chapter deals with the procedures contained in the fifth head of the second part of the the Act on Special Judicial Proceedings, namely with the proceedings in matrimonial and partnership matters, on the preliminary proceedings in the field of protection against domestic violence, on the determination and denial of parenthood, on the matters of adoption, the proceedings of the care for minors and the enforcement of judgments in these matters. In addition, a brief explanation of proceedings before a juvenile court according to Act on Juvenile Justice is attached.
