Abstract
The article deals with the current legislation of designation of small specially protected areas according to the act no. 114/1992 Coll., nature and landscape protection act. The article escpecially deals with the drafting process and process of designation of areas, including the legal form of the designation.
The article on the basis of comparation with the legislation on measures of a general scope regulated in act no. 500/2004 Coll., administrative procedure code, points to limits of current legislation of designation of small specially protected areas. These limits are primarily in unadequate legal protecion of concerned persons.
