Abstract
The establishment of Czechoslovakia in 1918 was associated with dramatic and not well known events. Even experts are looking at a number of question marks to explore the history of Czechoslovakia.
In the documentary How to Break Down the Monarchy, we will learn about the crucial moment of our history through the search for historians Dagmar Hájková and Pavel Helan, who reveal the fate of Tomáš G. Masaryk, the destroyer of the great monarchy and the creator of the Czechoslovak state.
The film shows not only the key moments of his foreign resistance, but also his private life and relationships with his closest colleagues.
